Subscription Terms

These terms govern paid memberships and service access on Expo Win.


1. Subscription Plans

  • Users may choose monthly or annual plans.

  • Platform fees and features vary by tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Platinum).

  • Free access is limited to certain user roles (e.g., Exhibitors).


2. Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.


3. Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

  • Access to paid features may be paused,

  • You will be notified and given 3 days to update payment info,

  • Repeated failures may lead to account restriction.


4. Upgrade & Downgrade

You may switch plans at any time. Proration applies based on remaining days in your current cycle.


5. Fraud & Abuse

Using false information to gain paid features or avoid fees may result in:

  • Subscription revocation,

  • Legal action,

  • Blacklisting from future access.


6. No Platform Responsibility for User-to-User Payments

We do not manage or enforce payments between users (e.g., contractor to subcontractor). All such transactions are outside the scope of our responsibility.
