Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in specific cases described below. Credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-transferable.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).

  • Unlocking contact details failed due to a verified technical issue on our platform that we could not resolve.

  • Your account was charged despite verified cancellation or deletion before the transaction.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.


3. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Credits purchased for unlocking project or job contact details (except as described in Section 2).

  • Downtime caused by your own internet, devices, or external factors beyond our control.


4. Disputes

All billing disputes must be emailed to support@expo-win.com with relevant proof or transaction details. We may take up to 14 business days to review and respond to your request.


5. Reference to Credits Terms

The purchase and use of credits are governed by our Credits Terms & Conditions, which form part of this Refund & Cancellation Policy by reference.
