Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

You’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds for partial use or unused time.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only in these cases:

You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

Platform was inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault.
-
Your account was charged despite verified cancellation before renewal.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
3. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds for:

Platform fees paid to unlock project contact details,
-
Penalty charges,
-
Payments between users (e.g., contracts, milestones),
-
Downtime caused by your internet, devices, or external factors.
4. Disputes
All billing disputes must be emailed to support@expo-win.com with proof. We may take up to 14 business days to respond.
