Credits Terms & Conditions

1. Credits Overview
Expo Win uses a credits system for unlocking project and job contact details.

  • Credits can be purchased via the platform.

  • Credits are stored in your account balance.

  • Each unlock deducts a specified number of credits.

2. Credit Purchases

  • Credits must be purchased in advance.

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.

3. Use of Credits

  • Credits can only be used to:

    • Unlock contact information for awarded projects or jobs.

    • Access services explicitly designated as credits-based.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred to other users.

  • Attempting to resell or transfer credits is prohibited.

4. Refunds and Adjustments

  • Credits are non-refundable unless:

    • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

    • Unlocking contact details fails due to a platform error that persists after resolution attempts.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

  • If you delete your account or are banned for Terms violations, unused credits are forfeited.

5. Misuse of Credits

  • You may not attempt to bypass credit requirements by:

    • Requesting contact information outside platform workflows.

    • Sharing contact details in messages or content prior to unlocking.

  • Such actions may result in:

    • Account suspension or termination.

    • Forfeiture of credits without compensation.

6. Changes to Credits System

  • Expo Win reserves the right to:

    • Adjust credit pricing and usage requirements.

    • Introduce new services requiring credits.

    • Retire or modify credit packages.

  • Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or platform notifications.
