Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

  • You’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds for partial use or unused time.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only in these cases:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).

  • Platform was inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault.

  • Your account was charged despite verified cancellation before renewal.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.


3. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds for:

  • Platform fees paid to unlock project contact details,

  • Penalty charges,

  • Payments between users (e.g., contracts, milestones),

  • Downtime caused by your internet, devices, or external factors.


4. Disputes

All billing disputes must be emailed to support@expo-win.com with proof. We may take up to 14 business days to respond.
