Welcome to Expo Win (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of our platform and services. By registering or using Expo Win, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role & Liability Disclaimer

Expo Win acts as a neutral intermediary to connect Exhibitors, Contractors, Individual Service Providers, Designers, Product Suppliers, and Transporters.

We:

  • Do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, legality, timeliness, safety, or truthfulness of any service or user.

  • Are not party to any contract formed between users, nor responsible for ensuring obligations are fulfilled.

  • Cannot intervene in payment disputes, project failures, or personal conflicts between users.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and verification.

  • Not misrepresent your skills, services, or qualifications.

  • Maintain professional conduct in all communications.

  • Comply with local laws and tax obligations.

You may not:

  • Use fake profiles, aliases, or unverifiable information.

  • Attempt to bypass platform fees or communicate outside Expo Win before payment of required fees.

  • Harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or use discriminatory or offensive language.

  • Solicit bribes, kickbacks, or illegal arrangements.

3. Platform Fees & Payment Bypass

Platform fees are mandatory and non-negotiable.

Attempting to:

  • Circumvent platform fees,

  • Finalize deals outside Expo Win after initial contact,

  • Share contact details before fee payment,

…is considered a severe violation, and may lead to:

  • Account suspension or permanent ban,

  • Forfeiture of paid subscriptions,

  • Legal action in case of damages to the platform’s business.

4. Disputes Between Users

Expo Win is not liable for:

  • Delays or non-delivery of services,

  • Conflicts over contract terms,

  • Verbal abuse or unprofessional conduct,

  • Partial or non-payment between users.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer informal mediation, but we are not obligated to resolve disputes.

5. Verification & Trust

Expo Win offers optional user verification, but cannot guarantee the legitimacy, skills, or honesty of any user.

You acknowledge:

  • Verified badges indicate only that certain documentation was reviewed.

  • We are not responsible if a user provides false or outdated info.

6. User-Generated Content

All content (bids, project posts, messages) must be:

  • Truthful

  • Respectful

  • Relevant

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, trademarks, and content on Expo Win remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse content without written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion,

  • Remove access without refund if T&Cs are violated,

  • Report illegal behavior to authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expo Win is not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses,

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, or reputation,

  • Damage arising from user interactions, contracts, or platform downtime.

You use this platform at your own risk.

10. Community & Activity Feed Use

Expo Win offers a public activity feed to help users share updates, insights, and conversations related to exhibitions, gigs, and industry collaboration.

By using this feature, you agree to the following:

a. Public Content

  • All posts, photos, and comments shared in the activity feed are publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines.

  • Do not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information. Expo Win is not liable for any misuse of publicly posted data.

b. Permitted Use

The social feed is intended for:

  • Project updates and professional insights

  • Sharing milestones, exhibition experiences, or team moments

  • Learning from peers in the industry

It is not intended for:

  • Self-promotion or advertising

  • Posting contact details or personal info for lead generation

  • Posting to bypass platform workflows (e.g., exchanging numbers to avoid project fees)

c. Prohibited Content

You must not post:

  • Phone numbers, email addresses, or links intended for off-platform business deals

  • Spam, irrelevant promotions, or repetitive content

  • Harassment, abuse, discriminatory remarks, or threats

  • False, misleading, or defamatory statements

  • Copyright-infringing or stolen material

d. Reporting Abuse

  • Every post on the activity feed can be reported using the platform’s built-in “Report” function.

  • Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and action may be taken within 24–72 hours depending on severity.

  • Malicious or false reporting may result in account restriction.

e. Moderation & Enforcement

Expo Win reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these guidelines,

  • Temporarily suspend posting ability for first-time violators,

  • Permanently ban users for repeated violations or serious misconduct,

  • Flag accounts attempting to bypass the platform fee or terms of service via contact sharing or disguised outreach.

All moderation decisions are final.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
