Expo Win is a B2B platform that connects exhibitors, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and transporters in the exhibition industry. From project posting to hiring and payments — everything happens in one place.

Creating an account is free for all users.
Only service-based roles (contractors, service providers, etc.) require a paid plan to apply for jobs or appear in directories.

Expo Win primarily operates across Europe — including Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey, and more.

You can contact our support team at support@expo-win.com or use the contact form. Abuse or fraudulent activity will be reviewed and acted upon promptly.

Yes. We use secure hosting and data encryption where required. Your personal and project data is only shared with relevant, authorized users.

For Exhibitors

Once you sign up as an Exhibitor, you can post a project from your dashboard by providing details like location, deadline, budget, and requirements. Relevant contractors and service providers can then bid on it.

Yes. You can copy and share the project link or invite users directly (if you’re connected or know their profile). Personalized invites will be added as a feature in future updates.

No. Posting projects and receiving bids is completely free for Exhibitors. You only pay the service provider you choose to hire — no platform commission is charged to you.

Once you select a bidder, they pay a small platform fee to confirm the job. After that, you’ll receive their full contact details to proceed. You can chat, sign contracts, share files, and manage the project from your dashboard.

Yes. When creating a project, you can choose the “Urgent” tag to let providers know it requires a fast response or short turnaround.

For Contractors

After registering as a Contractor, you can browse available projects and submit quick bids. Each bid includes your proposed price, timeline, and a short message.

You can do both. Contractors can create gigs to hire service providers for smaller tasks and apply to projects posted by Exhibitors.

Once your bid is accepted, you pay a small platform fee to access the client’s contact info. After that, you manage payments and delivery directly with the client — using our milestone tracker if needed.

Clients are encouraged to respond to all bids. However, if there’s no response, you’re free to revoke your bid and apply elsewhere. Repeated unresponsive users may be flagged.

Yes. Contractors can post gigs to find specialists such as AV teams, stand designers, or cleaners for their project needs — just like Exhibitors.

For Service Providers

Gigs are short-term or specialized jobs posted by contractors or exhibitors. As a service provider, you can browse open gigs and apply with a quick bid.

To appear in the Service Provider Directory, you must have an active paid plan (Pro/Elite). This increases your visibility to clients looking for providers directly.

“Verified” status is given after a manual review of your documents (license, portfolio, address, etc.) and successful performance on a few jobs with positive reviews.

Application limits depend on your plan:

  • Starter: Limited applications

  • Pro/Elite: Higher or unlimited applications

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
